**I understand that hourly rates are available for events and meetings held on Mon-Thurs only at a rate of $115 per hour with a 3 hour minimum.

It is the responsibility of the Applicant /User to ensure the delivery and removal of rental equipment, the decorating, breakdown and clean up to include trash removal are accomplished within the time period reserved by the User on the reservation form. For any time in excess of the contract time and additional $65.00 per hour, regardless of time over, will be charged to the User and/or deducted from the security deposit.

I understand that My Events Intimate Studio rental hours are 8:00am until 11:30pm.

I understand that all packages are subject to 6% sales tax.

ALCOHOL PERMITS

If you need to apply for an ABC permit for your event, please visit abc.virginia.gov.

NEXT STEPS

I have read and understand My Event’s Policies and Procedures governing the use of the venue. Upon receipt of this reservation form, a contract/proposal will be sent and a deposit is required to secure your date.

I understand that a non-refundable $300 deposit is required to secure my reservation.
